Terms and Conditions

Price per night:  £90 including VAT.  Non-refundable deposit of 10% due at time of booking.  Balance 

must be made in full at least 48 hours prior to arrival or the booking will be deemed cancelled.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of due arrival will be subject to 50% of the full fee.

Paypal invoices will be issued, which can be paid via Paypal or Credit/Debit Card.

Rett families receive a 10% discount.

Check in time: from 3pm   Check out time: before 11am.  Times can be adjusted by prior agreement.

Breakages must be paid for.

One well behaved dog is welcome to join you.  Please bring its own dog bed and keep off beds and furniture. Please pick up and dispose of any dog mess.  Any damage incurred to building or furniture by your dog will need to be paid for so please do not leave unattended unless the dog can be relied upon.

Other animals are present on the farm, so please be aware of their safety and security. 

We have a large wildlife pond.  Children must not be allowed anywhere close to the pond without adult supervision.

No smoking or vaping inside or on the patio.
